MAX CAPACITY OF CLUBHOUSE PER THE FIRE MARSHALL IS 44 OCCUPANTS THE POOL IS NOT INCLUDED AS PART OF THE CLUBHOUSE RESERVATION Events must end by 10:00pm and cleanup must be complete by 11:00pm and parking lot vacated. DJ or live music is allowed only during the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 6 p.m. (NO EXCEPTIONS-DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE RETURNED IF THIS IS NOT ADHERRED TO. Boom Box is allowed but music must end by 10:00pm. Helium balloons are not permitted inside the clubhouse. No smoking allowed in the clubhouse. Please do not place any pins or thumbtacks in the walls, if tape is used only use painters tape.
Reservation fee is $55 and must be turned in within ten days for the reservation to be guaranteed. The fee can be paid online, via mail, or in person. The reservation fee is non-refundable. A deposit of $200 must be placed at the time the key is picked up and will be returned after the clubhouse is inspected and as long as the clubhouse rules are adhered too. Deposit is subject to be withheld if there is any verifiable violation of the rules. If there is any damage to the clubhouse you will lose your deposit and be held responsible for any additional charges in excess of the deposit amount. Use of this form implies no agency relationship between the HOA and any lessee. Lessees in no way, shape or fashion an agent of the HOA. Lessee agrees to make no unlawful or offensive use of the premise. Lessee further agrees that they shall indemnify and hold lesser harmless against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, suits at law or judgments. I have read, understand and agree to the above statements and information, and agree to abide by all the rules published relating to the usage of the clubhouse.
